The Pasteis de Nata, a custard tart, is the staple diet for lunch for the tourist in Lisbon and it is sold everywhere. Apparently the Antiga Confeitaria de Belem, just off the waterfront in Belem, sells the best of them in all of Lisbon. Unfortunately, we didn't know that at the time so we bough them here and they're pretty good too! :-)
Fuji Neopan Acros 100 at EI 64, developed in Rodinal 1:50 for 13 mins, agitated thirty seconds of gentle inversions, then 2 inversion per minute for the first 3 minutes, then 2 inversions every 3 minutes for the remaining time. Filter: RED 1 (25)
